You say Futbol, I say Football.

No matter the way you pronouce it, its the game that brings you together.

It may just be a Southern thing, the way we cheer,
believe and have total dedication in our teams.
You see its a personal thing to most of us Southerns..
Even if you are BIG rivals, the excitement and the laughter is worth ever Saturday night.
Whether it be the Chili and Hot Wings on the stove or the crisp Fall air I love most...
Its always better when you share it with your peoples.

And then after the all the excitment is said and gone...
Clay Passes out.

What are you Saturday night Football Rituals?

Happy Tuesday Dolls,

Say...IT'S GREAT...TO BE....A FLORIDA GATOR...SAY IT'S...

Ok...I'm all done. :)

We spend our Saturdays watching Gator Football, usually with friends. It entails grilling out, or getting a couple of pizza's, or some wings.

And you are so right...it is always better when you share it with your peoples!!

However, I must say that I see a very intersting weekend ahead for you... :)

The only big event we have is the Saturday after Thanksgiving is the Kentucky/Tennessee game. I'm a die-hard UK fan and my husband is a Tennessee fan. We go up to his cousin's cabin and watch it and I'm always outnumbered because they're all huge UT fans. And up until this year, we've always got our butts kicked but with this new coach at Tennessee, Kentucky may finally have a chance to win one on them!

I adore football.... so much fun. Even when my teams lose (like they did on Monday night, ugh), I still love football.

You have the cutest family! We're up north and are huge football fans, but we're only into the NFL (go Giants!) I don't even know of any college teams around here, so maybe it is a southern thing!
