So, as you can see, I did not get the chance to blog on here this past weekend. So to make up for it, I have added a really embarassing video of Nicholas and I dancing the week I was helping Chrystal move into her place in Mobile!!! Quiete the exhausting week, but we still had a blast!! Me and Nick Nick were dancing to "Under the sea" from the little mermaid if you can't here the music.hehe...I know you all are jealous of our dance moves......That is pure skill my friends!

Weekend Meet Monday

Hola Mi Amor's..
Ahhh, what an amazing weekend..full of fun, dancing, laughing, completely letting go and taking it easy! The beach was beautiful and so was the veiw from our condo!! We ventured to a Great Bar, The FloraBama, which I somehow drank 8 more beers than I needed to, (I felt like poop all day the next day) and danced to some great country music with the girls and ehh hmm... a Older Gentleman! (Who by the way twirled me more than Ive ever been twirled before.) I also rubbed a bald bouncer guys head, more than once, woah, maybe that was a little TMI, who knows, but I do know I did have the best time of my life with these women, who all by the way are such amazing women, I can't even start to explain my respect for each and every one of them. They make me laugh, cry and thankful I have them in my life. Im leaving you with this...

So my bestie has asked me to be a "guest blogger" for her this weekend while she enjoys a long beautiful vacation weekend in the last days of the summer sun on the gorgeous gulf coast with a group of amazing women in her family..hehe.....while I, on the other hand, get to survive through a seven-day stinky,poopy,sweaty, work week as a nurse. What are friends for, right?? Okay, Star and I go way back to crazy beautiful high school days through six years of a life changing, distance bearing friendship that has made us so close that if we were kids, I'd call us soul sisters. I have taken her up on this request, and just so you know, Im not a good writer, I do not make much sense, and I hope she doesn't regret asking me to do this. wink ;) I lurb you Chryss....and please have way too much fun this weekend, and as maw-maw would say it "start feelin' your drink", and JUST RELAX!! Little Hero..Name Nicholas

So the night began with Dinner, the Stir Fry tasted like POOP so I threw it out, obviously Chinese/Japanese isn't my thing in the kitchen...which is fine, I kiss better than I cook anyways.

But right now I have to tell you about this Little Hero...
His Name is Nicholas, but as he perfers, BATMAN.

He Totally took advantage of Jumping on the Couch tonight.

Which is USUALLY a BIG BIG NO NO!

In these pictures you will see that he has a band-aid on, this is only because he believes he is made out of rubber and concrete will not hurt him.

I cannot begin to tell you how many times in the 40 minutes we were taking pictures I almost pee'd myself.

So After this was coming to a end....

Gosh how I dread rainy, 24 hour duty days. They are so...boring. I miss Underwood when he has to work ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT. So Im thinking that since it is the weekend, Im going to relax with the babies, cook up some stir fry (my first time ever, wish me luck!) and rent a movie for me and Nickster to watch and chow down on some buttery popcorn! Memory Lane

A few months back my Mother and I were looking through some bins that she packed up when I moved out. I can't tell you how much stuff was in those bins, it was pretty ridiculous. My Mother being my mother OF COURSE kept everything, I ever looked at, yes I over exaggerate, a lot. Anyways we came to the bin that had all my books that I ever read, from the ABC's to My Chapter Books from High School.. There were like 50 plus books, So going through all of them I was like Oh this was my favorite book, No this was my fav, Mom LOOK this was my favorite!!! So going on for about 30 minutes, I discovered this book...... I had forgotten about this book, after all I was only 4 when it was given to me. It was given to me by someone I love dearly, someone I respect more than anything in this world, My Biological Mother Sylvia. ( As some of you know, I was adopted by my Great Aunt and Uncle when I was very young. If you need to hear the story go to the very 1st blog I ever wrote. Tells you the spill.) Anyways, I opened the book, just thinking I had bought it at a book fair, then I seen this...

March 23, 1991. It was my Easter Present. The tears immediately started falling, I was overjoyed I had found something that was so special, overwhelmed at the thought that I forgot about it. I had flash backs of her laugh, her smile, and every moment we spent together before she passed. I miss her. I miss everything about her. She was courageous in all ways, .

I just wish there cold have been more time, more time to laugh, and more time to talk. We used to have amazing conversations, that would last hours on in. She was always so honest with me and I loved that feeling of secreacy we had with one another. I remember the sound of her laugh, her smile, even her scent, even though it was usually of booze and cigarettes. I miss them, I miss her. But I know she's not suffering anymore and thats all that matters.

I never got to Thank her for being so wonderful. But if she knew just how much I love and respect her, I could just see that smile on her face.

Chinese-ee

So I pretty much have hated Chinese food since I was pregnant with the little ballerina...last night I for some reason craved (NO IM NOT PREGNANT) Lo Mein, White Rice, and Egg Drop Soup, the only part I love about Chinese food is the Fortune Cookies, They are so Scrumptious. So Nicholas brought me a cookie, no kidding like 2 seconds ago, so I hurridly ( even if thats not a word, its a word now) opened my cookie and read the fortune.... "You are Capable, Competent, Creative, Careful. PROVE IT." Woah, thats demanding, so here's the scoop... ( Oh God, that word reminded me of this Video, Check it out, I have to say how happy I am to have encountered this personally since I am the one that shot the vid.) Anyways, over the weekend the Apartment Management posted a job opening for a leasing Consultant, I was thinking about applying, Getting a fortune like this, do you think I should apply for the job??? I wanna hear you opinions!

Winding Down

The Hubbs fam came to visit this weekend for a family affair before Lee, Paulina and Joaquin have to report in NYC. It would be the last time for a long time we would all be together. We had a remarkable time, there was 14 of us in our little 3 bed 2 bath apartment! Wowza I know, but it turned out to be an amazing time! We had a blast at the beach...which reminds me that Summer is winding down....which makes me very very sad, cause this has been an amazing summer. Anyways we also took a not expected road trip...to Biloxi, Ms to the Casinos, It was my first time and I can happily say the hubbs and I walked away only loosing 25 bucks, we won the other 75 back. YES! So this past weekend was great, good memories and great laughs, so here's to the winding down of Summer down 2009, Just can't wait for next summer, I have a feeling its going to be so much more amazing! Hope all of you have had an amazing summer full of memories and laughs. Oh and PS. Here's to Leebo, Paulina, and Little Joaquin to a FRESH new start in a New City, I pray that you guys make it safely and enjoy every bit of the BIG CITY, I have to admit Im a little jealous.... But God be with you and you all be blessed! Love you Guys!

She usually calls me Dada, every once in a while she will utter the word Mama and my heart over joys!

But most of the time she usually just points at me when she wants me! Its her little way of saying, I want my Mama and I love it.

So the Hubbs and I started P90x 3 days ago, which by the way will kick your ass, no if, ands, or buts about it...it will make you NEVER want to be fat again....yes.. I said it...truth is obvious....So I think that this whole workout thing is making our marriage stronger for one and it gives us the chance to laugh like we did when we were dating.....I haven't laughed so hard in the last 3 years that I have in the last 2 days working out with Justin. From all the HAAAA YAAAAs from karate kicks and Wacky Jacks, or what he thinks a wacky jack looks like to my "Gorilla Squat" otherwise known as Jump Squat, but I guess thats what I looked like when I tried to impersonate the instructor....bahaha. I guess it goes to show just how close we are and brings back memories of all the silly things we use to laugh about, but most of all I look foward to the end of the work out when I can see he is proud of me..... and for that sweaty kiss or hug, and the occasional chest bump.

Not even Two Months..

Our little Girl, will be One. How crazy is it that time flies by and it seems as if you've been standing still the whole entire time, well, this time like 3 other birthdays ago...I was brought to reality. Woah, our sweet little baby will be a "BIG GIRL" in September. To Me its just crazy. So I have this "new" hobby, Painting, Ive always loved it and Im not very great at it but, I believe when it comes from your heart, thats when it shows its beauty. No matter what others may think. Justin's Mom gave me a dresser that was my Sister n' laws growing up and I decided to make it my very own personal Masterpeice for Davony's 1st birthday! Even though it was given to us from Justin's parents, I put my heart and soul into it just for her. So Anyways, I worked 2 days on it to make it PERFECT or perfect as perfect can get. I just can't believe she's going to be One in September. Its all truly Crazy to me, Shes almost walking, FINALLY figuring out what her knees are for... crawling, she's also a Pro and super duper fast doing her army crawl and her laughs get sweeter by the minute.... and almost 5 teethers later she will be One in less than 2 months...Here's to many more amazing years to you Davony Ann Paige. You are truly a blessing to us. WE love you! ♥ ♥ ♥
